Return Policy

The Serolira Set is a limited edition release. Once sold out, it will not be restocked.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item is unworn and unwashed
• Original tags are attached and intact
• Item is in original packaging

Please note: By returning your item, you permanently lose access to this limited edition piece. We cannot guarantee it will be available for repurchase.

To initiate a return, email hello.serolira@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item within 14 days of delivery.

We offer a full refund if:

• Your order is lost in transit
• Your item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We resolve all issues immediately, no questions asked.

All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
